Position Summary:\nA leading beverage and lifestyle brand is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive timely collections, and support overall accounts receivable operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving outstanding balances and minimizing risk.

Responsibilities & Duties:\nManage and maintain accurate accounts receivable aging for assigned portfolio\nReconcile customer accounts, statements, and credits on a regular basis\nProactively follow up with customers regarding past due balances and account status\nIdentify and escalate high-risk accounts and recommend corrective actions\nSupport dispute resolution and investigate payment discrepancies\nPrepare and send customer statements and provide invoices as requested\nAssist with credit checks and support overall credit management processes\nAnalyze customer aging reports to minimize delinquencies and reduce risk exposure\nIdentify process gaps impacting collections and communicate improvements to management\nPrepare reports and provide portfolio updates as needed\nMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of all collection activities

Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience required\n4+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience preferred\nStrong understanding of AR processes, invoicing, and payment cycles\nExperience with ERP or accounting systems preferred\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal oversight\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\nExperience in route accounting or distribution environments is a plus\nCareer Group is a premier, Women-Owned recruiting agency and a widely recognized name in corporate and administrative staffing.
