Customer Service Representative

Kinsmith Finance helps people in our communities solve financial challenges through responsible lending and personal service. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts. What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers in person and by phone Process loan applications and payments Answer questions about accounts and loan options Work with customers to find solutions if they become past due Maintain accurate customer records Work with your team to meet branch goals What We're Looking For

Qualified applicants should have: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience. Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals. Basic computer proficiency High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation Monthly Bonus Incentives: All eligible customer service representatives have the opportunity to earn up to $1300 additional monthly bonuses based on office performance. Offices should expect to earn a minimum of $500 per month in bonus incentives.
