This role sits within the Operations team, supporting business functions across the organization and helping ensure processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal controls. The team partners with multiple internal groups to support operational workflows, manage risk, and maintain the integrity of business operations. The position also supports a digital platform designed to facilitate charitable giving. The team works to enhance the client experience by helping manage grant activity, supporting operational processes, and contributing to the development of tools that allow clients to efficiently direct charitable contributions.

Responsibilities: Review and perform due diligence on charitable grant recommendations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and eligibility requirements. Research nonprofit organizations using public and proprietary databases to verify charitable status, financial standing, and organizational documentation. Identify potential compliance risks, red flags, or conflicts of interest and escalate complex issues when necessary. Communicate with nonprofit organizations and internal stakeholders to gather documentation and clarify information related to grant requests. Maintain accurate records of due diligence activities, findings, and communications within internal systems and reporting tools. Prepare summaries and reports outlining research findings and compliance reviews. Support regulatory and compliance requirements related to charitable giving programs. Follow established policies, procedures, and internal controls while contributing to improvements in operational processes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably within nonprofit organizations, donor-advised funds, financial services, compliance, or operations. Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
