You’ll lead deep excavation, foundation, and SOE operations on complex, high‑profile work, gaining long‑term stability, technical depth, and leadership exposure on projects that shape major urban environments.
What You’ll Lead:
Full execution of excavation and SOE work, from planning through completion Daily field operations: excavation, shoring, drilling, foundations, and heavy equipment Installation sequencing for complex support systems and deep foundations Coordination with engineers, inspectors, clients, and governing agencies
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience in excavation, SOE, and foundation construction Proven leadership on technically demanding, urban job sites Strong understanding of geotechnical conditions, drawings, and sequencing
