Business Analyst Operational Risk:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst Operational Risk for an 8-month role. This position is 100% remote, working East Coast hours.
Business Analyst Operational Risk - Job Description: The Business Analyst Operational Risk will facilitate operational risk assessments across various Consumer Bank processes. The role involves working with stakeholders to document risks and controls, and facilitating risk and control assessments.
Business Analyst Operational Risk - Responsibilities: • Facilitate operational risk assessments across Consumer Bank processes • Identify and gather stakeholders for risk assessment workshops • Review process maps and documentation to inform risk and control documentation • Elicit feedback from stakeholders and engage control partners for review and approvals • Set up workshops and ad-hoc working sessions to work through stages of risk assessments
Business Analyst Operational Risk - Mandatory Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint • 5+ years of experience in operational risk management • Ability to lead large groups of stakeholders and facilitate agreement
Business Analyst Operational Risk - Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with risk data • Experience with control data • Lean 6 Sigma certification
Business Analyst Operational Risk - Assignment Length: This is an approximately 8-month contract position.
