who will serve as the strategic owner of client SEO programs, developing 6-12-month SEO roadmaps, leading client relationships, and driving measurable improvements in search performance. You will guide SEO strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, content development, and link authority initiatives while translating analytics and performance data into clear business insights for clients. To succeed as the Senior SEO Strategist, you should have:

5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results across local, multi-location, national, and e-commerce campaigns, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and ethical white-hat link building. Proven experience in agency account management, leading client relationships, executive discussions, mentoring junior SEOs, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Solid analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills, with expertise in keyword research, site architecture, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, CRO, and SEO analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio). Preferred technical and digital skills, including HTML/CSS, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and familiarity with Google's E-E-A-T guidelines, scalable multi-location SEO, and conversion optimization best practices. East Coast candidates preferred. Ability to lawfully work in the United States. Your responsibilities as the Senior SEO Strategist will include:

Perform advanced technical SEO audits to identify website issues, optimize crawlability, site structure, and page performance. Analyze competitor strategies and content gaps to inform actionable recommendations and authority-building initiatives. Lead client communications, translating complex SEO metrics into clear insights and business-focused recommendations. Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring coordinated execution across content, development, design, and marketing teams. Implement local SEO and Google Business Profile strategies, enhancing visibility for multi-location and service-based clients. Track, report, and optimize performance metrics, including rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI using GA4, SEMrush, GSC, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
