Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced
Air & Ocean Logistics Coordinator
to manage international shipments, including Air and Ocean Import/Export, and Transborder Canada. This role focuses on booking, documentation, compliance, and coordination with carriers and customers. Responsibilities Manage
Air Export operations (50%)
including booking, documentation, and compliance. Coordinate
Transborder Canada shipments (25%)
with carriers, brokers, and customers. Handle
Ocean Export shipments (25%)
including scheduling, bills of lading, and carrier communications. Ensure compliance with
U.S. Customs, Canadian border regulations, and international trade laws . Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain accurate records in company systems. Provide proactive communication and customer service to clients and vendors. Requirements 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations Knowledge of Air and Ocean Import/Export and Canada cross-border shipping Experience with export documentation and compliance Proficiency in CargoWise and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
