Salesforce Administrator

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to continue learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

Core Responsibilities: •

User management:

Setting up new users, managing profiles, roles, and permissions. •

System maintenance:

Performing daily administration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting issues. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers. •

Configuration and customization:

Configuring workflows, page layouts, and creating custom fields, objects, and validation rules to match business processes. •

Data management:

Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, cleaning, and importing new data and monitoring synchronization between Salesforce, SAP, and other integrated systems. •

Reporting and analytics:

Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide insights into business goals. •

Automation:

Building automated processes to save time and reduce errors and support Implementation and Testing of AI enhancements •

Training and support:

Training users and providing ongoing support to maximize platform adoption. •

Collaboration:

Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. •

Staying current:

Keeping up-to-date with new Salesforce features and releases.

Skills and Qualifications: • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, data management, security, and reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and the ability to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions. • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. • Salesforce Administrator certification - or other relevant certifications • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification
