We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM solutions, integrations, and customizations while ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Requirement/Must Have:
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in both online and on-premises environments. Expertise in designing security models and out-of-the-box configurations. Hands-on experience with workflows, business rules, plugins, and form customization. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and MS SQL. Experience with MS CRM SDK and development toolkit. Experience with SQL Server development and SSRS, SSIS. Experience with integrations using APIs, REST, OData, and middleware tools. Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions and Service Bus. Experience with DevOps pipelines for CRM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience:
8 to 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development. Responsibilities:
Design and develop Dynamics 365 solutions and customizations. Implement workflows, plugins, business rules, and integrations. Develop and maintain CRM security models and configurations. Perform analysis, coding, testing, and quality assurance activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine business requirements. Implement integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools. Utilize Azure services for system integration and automation. Set up and maintain DevOps pipelines for CRM applications. Evaluate alternative approaches and implement optimal solutions. Should Have:
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls. Knowledge of Power App Portals. Experience with Unified Service Desk customization and deployment. Experience migrating Dynamics configurations across environments. Skills:
