Location: Charlestown, IN
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Crown Staffing is seeking motivated and reliable Entry Level Technicians to support field operations in Charlestown, IN. This role involves assisting technicians on job sites, handling equipment such as hoses, and supporting various project tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a technical field while working on a variety of job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians on job sites with daily tasks
Pull and run hoses as needed for project setup
Support equipment setup, operation, and breakdown
Follow instructions and safety guidelines on all job sites
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
Travel to different job sites as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team environment
Good communication and reliability
Comfortable working at different job sites
Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
Must be open to travel as needed
Travel Requirements Travel required across Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee
Company-paid lodging and travel expenses for out-of-town assignments
