Technical Skills Expert-level Oracle Database Administration knowledge and enterprise-level DBA leadership dvanced experience with RAC, DataGuard, GoldenGate, and performance tuning Design and execution of large-scale backup, recovery, patching, and upgrade strategies Deep expertise in performance optimization, database architecture, and high-volume workloads Strategic use of OEM, automation, onitoring, compliance, and operational efficiency Security, audit, compliance, and risk management expertise (SOX, PCI) Experience with AWS products/services, AWS RDS, cloud migrations, and decommission planning Soft Skills Technical leader and communicator across database management domain and advisor across data management, infrastructure, and security Mentors and upskills DBAs; bility influence database architecture, short- or long-term operational strategy cts as escalation point for high-severity incidents, risks, vulnerabilities etc. Implement process standardization, best practices, and process improvement across the DBA team Strong risk awareness and alignment with Client's change control frameworks
