We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help showcase our vehicles, promotions, and dealership culture across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys photography, video creation, storytelling, and digital marketing while working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Position Overview

The Social Media & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing dealership inventory presentation online, and supporting marketing campaigns and community events. This role will collaborate with dealership leadership, sales teams, and external marketing partners to maintain a strong and consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

Capture high-quality photos of vehicle inventory for use on the dealership website, social media, and digital advertising. Film and edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. Plan, create, and schedule social media posts highlighting inventory, promotions, dealership events, and customer deliveries. Develop engaging content ideas that align with current social media trends. Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate. Inventory & Website Management

Maintain and manage vehicle inventory listings on the dealership website. Upload vehicle photos and ensure all listings are visually appealing and accurate. Write and update vehicle descriptions that highlight key features, trim packages, and selling points. Ensure pricing, vehicle information, and availability are up to date. Work with the sales and management team to keep inventory listings current and properly promoted. Monitor website inventory presentation and recommend improvements to increase online engagement and lead generation. Website & Digital Marketing

Create promotional banners, graphics, and digital advertisements for the dealership website and marketing campaigns. Assist with digital marketing campaigns including seasonal promotions and dealership sales events. Work with the dealership's advertising agency and marketing partners to support ongoing campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms. Video Production

Plan, film, and edit marketing videos showcasing vehicles, dealership staff, customer testimonials, and promotions. Plus, treading social media reels and TikToks. Assist with creative storytelling to highlight the Oliver Ford Lincoln experience. Organize and maintain digital media files for future marketing use. Marketing Support & Events

Assist with planning and promoting dealership events, sales promotions, and community initiatives. Capture photo and video coverage during dealership events for social media and marketing use. Collaborate with internal teams to highlight customer experiences and dealership milestones. Analytics & Performance

Track and analyze performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns. Monitor engagement metrics and marketing analytics to improve future campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations based on content and campaign performance. Qualifications

Experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field preferred. Strong photography and videography skills. Experience editing video using platforms such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar software. Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Basic understanding of marketing analytics and digital performance metrics. Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Work closely with our advertising agency and partners. Preferred Skills

Automotive marketing experience is a plus. Ability to stay current with social media trends and digital marketing strategies. What We Offer:
