CENCO Claims continues to expand its daily field coverage along the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads region and is seeking a reliable Daily Property Adjuster to inspect and manage residential property claims. As spring weather along the Mid-Atlantic coast brings increased coastal storms, strong winds, heavy rain, and early-season thunderstorms, we are looking to add dependable adjusters to assist with residential claim inspections throughout the area. This field-based opportunity provides consistent local assignments, flexible scheduling, and reliable support from an experienced internal claims team, making it ideal for adjusters who prefer steady work and independence in the field. Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses Evaluate damage related to coastal storms, wind, hail, water intrusion, and other covered events Capture detailed photos, measurements, and comprehensive field documentation Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carrier partners Manage claim files from inspection through final submission What We're Looking For
Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software preferred Understanding of residential construction and storm-related property damage Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Active Virginia adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license What CENCO Offers
