Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities: Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns, including automated flows Segment audiences and personalize communications based on behavior and lifecycle stage Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing lifecycle content Track and optimize key metrics: open rates, CTRs, CVR, churn, and reactivation Lead A/B testing across subject lines, templates, timing, and frequency Qualifications: 23+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or Mailchimp Strong grasp of customer journeys, automation logic, and engagement KPIs Analytical mindset with the ability to turn retention data into actionable strategy Experience with: SMS Push notifications In-app messaging
