Responsibilities: Manage and maintain daily WIP (Work in Progress) reports to track production status and timelines. Monitor all open orders to ensure timely follow-up, accuracy, and delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve any production issues or delays. Support production team with general administrative and tracking tasks. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Excel and WIP tracking systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. xsgimln Previous experience in production or order management preferred.
