Role Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Graphic Designer with an emphasis on digital to support our growing marketing and ecommerce initiatives. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to design compelling digital and physical assets that bring our brand to life across all touchpoints, while maintaining a cohesive and elevated visual identity. Responsibilities Digital & Ecommerce Design Develop visually engaging digital assets for emails, paid media, site updates, landing pages, and promotional campaigns. Partner closely with the marketing team to support launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing channel needs. Adapt creative across a variety of digital formats while optimizing for performance, clarity, and user experience. Social Media Support Design platform-specific assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels, including static posts, Reels covers, story templates, and short-form animations. Support the social team with ongoing content needs, ensuring consistency across feeds, campaigns, and creator collaborations. Translate brand and campaign concepts into social-first expressions that are visually compelling, scroll-stopping, and native to each platform. Develop modular templates and toolkits to streamline social content production. Stay informed on social trends and visual best practices to keep the brand looking modern and relevant. Communications & Collateral Design printed materials such as postcards, PR mailers, brochures, and branded packaging inserts. Support product launches, press moments, influencer programs, and partnership initiatives with cohesive asset creation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with internal teams on packaging updates, presentation decks, and artwork refinements. Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding timelines, needs, and feedback cycles. Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining strong creative integrity. Brand Consistency & Creative Development Uphold a consistent visual identity across all assets while exploring fresh, on-brand creative concepts. Apply brand guidelines thoughtfully across varied formats and channels. Support the ongoing evolution of the brand’s visual identity through strategic, high-quality design execution. Project & Time Management Manage multiple simultaneous design projects with shifting priorities and deadlines. Prioritize workload effectively to meet timelines without sacrificing quality. Maintain organized working files and shared asset libraries to support team collaboration. Requirements Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) Experience designing a wide range of digital marketing assets, with exposure to print production. Proficiency with Figma Experience with image optimizing, retouching, manipulation, color corrections Experience in design, layout, color, and typography to art direct or produce digital assets Experience creating 2D digital assets/iconography Experience with animation, motion design, motion graphics work, and dynamic interactions Experience with UX/UI design Experience in printer spec language and output as well as working with outside print vendors and digital production Strong visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions Typeface and or illustration design skills Ability to create GIFs or short-form animations; motion design experience strongly preferred. Strong time-management abilities and comfort working across multiple channels and projects. High attention to detail with the ability to implement feedback quickly and accurately. A growing ability to develop innovative design work across all media Resourcefulness and ability to locate and archive assets independently Able to multi-task on design projects with a tireless work ethic Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills Ability to maintain composure and articulate directives in an open, ever changing, fast paced environment Experience in beauty, DTC, or CPG industries preferred. 2–3+ years of professional graphic design experience required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
