We’re looking for a Performance Marketer (Associate or Manager level, depending on experience) to lead our performance marketing efforts. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will be responsible for managing our paid media strategy, optimization, and tracking across all acquisition channels. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the performance of our paid budget, driving efficient top-of-funnel growth and scaling our member base of both lenders and borrowers. What You’ll Do Performance Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end strategy for paid acquisition channels, focusing on driving high-quality growth for both Lenders and Borrowers. Channel Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other key paid channels to hit CAC and ROI targets. Media Tracking & Attribution: Own the tracking and attribution of paid performance by maintaining proficiency with MMPs (Kochava) and integrating data through tools like Segment. Data-Driven Growth: Utilize SQL, Looker, and Mixpanel to query and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization. Experimentation: Design and run constant A/B tests on creative, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve funnel efficiency. Budget Management: Responsibly manage and scale monthly media spend to maximize acquisition volume while maintaining efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and product teams to ensure our paid efforts are aligned with our brand and product roadmap. You’re a Great Fit if You’ve Got 4+ years of experience in performance marketing managing paid media opportunities Extensive experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads: You understand all the Bell & Whistles required to optimize these platforms for maximum performance. Technical Proficiency with MMPs: Direct experience working with Kochava (or similar MMPs) to track and attribute mobile app performance. Data Literacy: Experience tracking paid performance with internal data analytic tools and dashboards (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio). Strong Analytical Mindset: You can interpret complex data sets from attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Kochava, or Google Analytics to drive strategy. Great Communication: You can translate performance data into compelling insights for the broader team. You’re an All Star Fit if You’ve Got Large Scale Budget Experience: You have managed $100K+ monthly spend budgets with a proven track record of maintaining efficiency at scale. Scaling Mindset: Experience optimizing current channel setups while proactively testing and scaling new, untapped acquisition channels. AI-Forward Approach: You lean into AI tools and best-in-class practices to automate and optimize paid media campaigns. Experimentation First: You are proactive, experimentation-forward, and find yourself asking "why not?" much more often than "can I?" Industry Experience: Experience in FinTech, financial services, or two sided marketplace environments is a huge plus. Bonus, previous FinTech startup experience. Establish a consistent reporting cadence for paid performance using Kochava and internal dashboards. Launch your first set of creative and bidding experiments to drive top-of-funnel growth. Within 6 months Optimize the current channel mix to improve overall CAC by 10% Identify and pilot at least one new acquisition partner or channel to diversify our growth engine.
