We are seeking a dynamic Marketer / Hospital Liaison to join our team and drive admissions growth through strategic partnerships and outreach. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, rehab centers, and physician offices. Coordinate patient admissions and communicate effectively with clinical teams and families. Promote The Phoenix’s services to potential referral sources and the community. Track and report marketing activities, referrals, and outcomes. Attend community and hospital events to increase awareness of the facility. Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents. Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital liaison, or sales within a clinical setting preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits Performance-based bonuses.
