Location: San Francisco Employment Type: Full-time, in-person Department: Growth The Role We’re hiring a Founding Organic Marketer to build and own our content and organic marketing from the ground up. You’ll take full end-to-end ownership of copy across Delve’s landing pages, SEO content, organic social, case studies, and founder-led storytelling. Working closely with our founders, product, engineering, and growth teams, you’ll transform product insights, customer wins, and founding perspective into a high-performing, scalable content engine. What You Will Do Own written content across Delve Website copy, landing pages, blogs, SEO, and GEO content Case studies and customer stories in partnership with the media Newsletters, podcast scripts, and long-form thought leadership Run organic content across channels LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Hacker News, Quora, and similar communities What We Are Looking For High emotional intelligence and instinct for what resonates Clarity and conciseness in writing Bias to action Ability to think collaboratively and iterate with feedback Backgrounds we like to see: Former founder Product marketing Content or brand writing at SaaS companies High school/college journalism or editorial backgrounds In-person in San Francisco We care far more about hunger and willingness to learn than years of experience.
