AVP, CRE Underwriter – CMBS & Conduit Finance

A leading real estate firm in New York City is looking for an AVP to support a team in the CMBS loan origination process. This role involves underwriting and documentation of commercial real estate loans, providing analytical support, and preparing necessary reports. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in loan underwriting, strong financial modelling skills, and excellent communication abilities.
