What You’ll Actually Do Capture real estate photos that make people stop scrolling and start clicking Film compelling walkthroughs, lifestyle footage, and team content that sells the story Shoot events, behind-the-scenes, and content for our brand and partners Edit fast, clean, and on-brand using our in-house systems Meet sellers, clients, and staff in person with professionalism and confidence Upload your media same-day with accuracy and consistency Deliver and place signage and lockboxes when needed Join our team in building one of the most elite real estate media libraries on the East Coast What We’re Looking For You know how to make something LOOK GOOD and MOVE FAST You take direction like a pro and can handle feedback without ego You’re passionate about visual storytelling and constantly improving your craft You thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard culture where details matter You’re tech-savvy and know your way around media platforms, editing software, and mobile tools You have a clean driving record and reliable transportation You’re reliable, resourceful, and ready to show up big We’ll Train You On Real Estate Media You do not need real estate photography experience. We have training and full courses ready for the right person. But you must love photography, video, and media. And you must be committed to mastering your craft, not just clocking hours.
