Your role and responsibilities
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Lead end-to-end implementations of Recruiting and Onboarding modules, from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live.
Facilitate client workshops and requirements gathering sessions, translating business processes into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
Provide functional leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with implementation best practices.
This role can you performed from anywhere in the US.
Required technical and professional expertise
Subject Matter Expertise in Recruiting and Onboarding within SAP SuccessFactors with deep hands-on configuration experience.
Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations of Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
Strong ability to lead client conversations, run discovery workshops, and translate business requirements into functional system design.
Advanced knowledge of Recruiting Management and Recruiting processes, including candidate lifecycle, requisition management, and integrations with onboarding.
Demonstrated capability to guide and mentor junior consultants during implementation projects.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) within SAP SuccessFactors.
Exposure to integrations with Core HR systems such as Employee Central.
Experience supporting post-implementation optimization, enhancements, or global rollouts.
