The Digital Product Support role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, administering, and implementing the company’s digital services. This position is actively involved in working with DigiDocs certified trust services, our DMS (Document Management System) solutions, and DXP (Digital Experience Platform) projects.
Key responsibilities
Providing technical and customer support to clients
Administration and maintenance of digital products and systems
Implementation and configuration of DigiDocs certified trust services
Working with DMS solutions (document, workflow, and user management)
Participation in DXP projects (implementation, testing, and support)
Collaboration with development and project teams
Tracking and documenting support requests, issues, and resolutions
Desired skills
Understanding of digital systems and business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills with clients and internal teams
Willingness to learn and work with modern digital technologies
