Jewelry CAD/CAM Designer

DESCRIPTION Plan, create, develop, adjust, and maintain 3D CAD models for clients' jewelry production requirements based on written instructions, images, and finished models Maintain and organize files Proactively work cross-departmentally to ensure harmony between design and production Prototyping digital models into the physical realm; e.g. 3D printing Work collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines and service goals Assist with special projects as needed Work onsite Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM in Midtown Manhattan

REQUIREMENTS Min. 3+ years of relevant professional experience Tertiary degree holder GIA/relevant certification a strong plus Relevant software proficiency, Fusion360 required, Rhino, SolidWorks, NX, Z-Brush, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, KeyShot, a plus Fluent/business level English, additional languages a plus (Polish) Understanding and passion for luxury industry and/or fine jewelry Organized, detail-oriented, xsgimln and ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and good attitude High degree of aesthetic sensibility Bench jeweler/metalsmithing experience a plus Position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience
