Location: Medical Plaza One - 9800 S Healthpark Drive Fort Myers FL 33908 Department: Lee Memorial Foundation Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 5:00:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $22.78 - $29.62 / hour Summary The strategic marketing communication coordinator position is a cross-functional role that reports directly to the senior director of foundation marketing and works closely with Foundation department team members as well as team members across the Lee Health system and contracted partners. The role is responsible for coordinating and supporting strategies and tactics to achieve Foundation marketing communication goals, with a focus on content creation, public relations, social media management, media management, website and email marketing functions. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field required. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field required. Additional Requirements Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, public relations and social media marketing required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of organization. Detail oriented. Strong work ethic. Self-motivated. High computer competency (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with social media management and advertising for business. Experience with WordPress, Canva, MailChimp, Constant Contact and experience in online review monitoring preferred.
