The Team
This position is part of the Distribution Channel Marketing Analytics teams, sitting within the marketing analytics group, which is responsible for marketing measurement and analysis to drive marketing strategy. We seek to do this in a high-caliber team. The Impact As a Marketing Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance while driving insights and optimization recommendations
Build and establish measurement frameworks that translate campaign performance into quantifiable business impact
Translate complex business questions into problems that can be solved through data to drive growth and profitability
Build and enhance interactive reports to empower business stakeholders
Utilize industry best practices to visualize data in a way that allows quick and easy insight
Deliver concise, clear, and actionable presentations to decision-makers
Communicate data in a storytelling format, engaging your audience and imploring them to act
Collaborate with sales & distribution partners on analytics projects to identify growth opportunities and drive activity
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of analytics experience
1+ year of hands‑on experience with SQL (including writing complex queries), R, Alteryx, or similar tools
3+ years of experience developing in Tableau or other similar data visualization tools
The Ideal Qualifications
3+ years of financial services experience
Familiarity and experience with B2B distribution
Experience with marketing measurement strategies & ROI calculations
Experienced in web data analytics and measurement
Fast learner and a strong problem solver; ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders and across cross‑functional work groups
Strong written & oral communication, and collaboration skills that enable clear and concise communication tailored to various audience levels
