Our Sales Consultants are here to provide customers with friendly and knowledgeable guidance every step of the way, to ensure each customer leaves the dealership feeling confident and happy about their vehicle purchase.

Core Responsibilities

Understand customers needs and make recommendations that suit their lifestyle.

Perform professional demonstrations encompassing benefits of packages, technology, and optional upgrades.

Facilitate sales process from test drives to contracting and presenting finance options.

Deliver sold vehicles to customers and educate them on their vehicle's features/technology.

Preserve customer relationships by following up after the purchase to insure satisfaction and generate repeat or referral business.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

Previous automotive or sales experience is preferred.

Ability to connect with others easily using strong interpersonal/communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Confident, persistent and persuasive; comfortable with negotiations and overcoming objections.

Accomplishment driven, demonstrating strong initiative and desire to achieve sales goals.

Strong computer skills including typing, internet usage and navigating CRMs.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Must pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
