Hybrid role (Tue‑Thu in office) at our Hudson, OH office.
What You’ll Do Implement Talent Management and Performance Programs
Partner with business leaders on customization of corporate engagement, performance management and talent development, and recognition programs for your client group
Facilitate on‑going performance management ensuring transparency and continuous development and alignment
Collaborate on competency‑based development initiatives to unlock employee potential and foster career growth
Foster Communication and Strengthen Company Culture
Be an ambassador for PartsSource’s brand, mission, and performance‑based culture
Enhance company culture by ensuring growth attributes (company values) are at the forefront of how we recruit, engage, recognize, manage, develop and reward our employees
Take active role in ensuring stakeholder alignment and communications among team members at all levels
Lead Change Management and Drive Strategic HR Initiatives
Serve as liaison and support for new employees and managers through acquisitions
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement during organizational changes
Use data and HR analytics to assess trends and offer leadership actionable insights
Be a Trusted Advisor and Representative of People & Culture Team
Resolve complex employee relations issues, aligning with company values and legal standards
Partner with Recruiting, HR Operations, Administrative team and other cross‑functional team members to help managers navigate appropriate resources and specialists
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and employment law
What You’ll Bring Your Background
5+ years of HR experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR programs
2+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner; using data to advise management
Experience in Private Equity, growth companies or fast‑paced environments
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
M&A integration experience is a plus
Experience in healthcare or technology companies preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
