B2C Marketing Manager (HYBRID in Bloomington, MN) Employment Type:

POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across core product lines, including Yearbooks, Class Rings, Graduation Products, and Professional Sports. This role will focus on schools, independent sales representatives, parents, and students, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time through coordinated digital and traditional marketing efforts.

This position is ideal for a data-informed marketer who is comfortable owning campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to create impactful customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans (web, social, email, print, and in-school materials) to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing demand generation.

Leverage customer insights and behavioral data to segment audiences and tailor messaging, offers, and creative for schools, parents, students, and independent sales reps.

Plan, build, and optimize digital campaigns, including email journeys, paid and organic social, and web content, aligned to the customer journey.

Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Creative, eCommerce, and Analytics) to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and sales objectives.

Use A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously refine campaigns, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for assigned campaigns, ensuring on-time, on-brand execution.

Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and tools that support field and independent sales representatives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform future strategy.

Report on campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and integrated campaigns.

Experience with customer segmentation, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams.

Familiarity with education, youth, or sports-related markets is a plus, but not required.
