The Sr. Analyst - Records must have strong analytical skills and be able to communicate and work closely with buyers, sellers, contractors, Delta Tech Ops personnel and DMS leadership to drive completion of technical records requirements and identify and implement solutions to technical records deviations in a timely manner. This individual must practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the analysis of all records identified in DMS Purchase/Sale/Lease Agreements for aircraft, components and engines to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and commercial requirements, including back to birth traceability; Ensure that records package is compliant with Delta TOPP records requirements and coordinate with Delta focal points to resolve any non-compliant matters; Assist Manager with analysis and coordination of records requirements across DMS technical and marketing teams and with contractors for all records issues related to DMS transactions. Interact with Sellers or Buyers of assets and analyze documentation to ensure DMS records requirements are met and to resolve outstanding issues. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to resolve missing or discrepant records; Assist with oversight of records storage, handling, shipment, scanning etc. to ensure compliance with DMS procedures. Identify overflow requirements and need for additional support to complete records reviews on time and on plan What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Minimum 18-24 months of related analytical work experience/ prior technical records experience is required. Microsoft Office familiarity required as well as ability to track contractor cost and productivity, as well as creating status reports. Successful candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as multi-tasking abilities, strong analytical skills, organization skills, and time-management skills. Full detailed understanding of regulatory and commercial records compliance requirements and industry standards for the purchase and sale of aircraft, engines and components. Possess familiarity with Delta TOPP and other major airline documentation requirements for technical records. Proficient in the analysis of problem resolution reports and other information provided by acquisitions, sellers or buyers necessary to meet deal requirements and objectives. Must be a strong team player, detail-oriented, and be able to perform well under pressure. Successful candidate must convey professional image with the ability to communicate with all levels of DMS associates in a team environment. Successful candidate must have the ability to effectively deliver projects on time. Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently with very little supervision.
