
Investor Relations

The incumbent manages day to day Investor Relations (IR) activities, acting as point of contact between the company and investors as well as analysts. s/he contributes to strategic IR initiatives, ensures timely and compliant company disclosures, and contributes to the company’s capital market strategy.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic IR planning
Contribute to development and execution of annual IR strategy, road map, and calendar (e.g. quarterly earnings releases, investor conferences/ roadshows, AGM, capital markets days, strategy updates)
Support achieving IR objectives and KPIs
Investor Communication & Engagement
Lead production of investor presentations, fact sheets, quarterly results packages, and annual reports
Participate and coordinate investor conferences/ roadshows and one on one meetings
Manage IR website and ensure accuracy
Financial & Market Analysis
Lead preparation of financial models, peer group benchmarking, and market trend analysis
Provide actionable insights from monitoring share price performance, trading volumes and analyst coverage
Perform company valuations and business case analysis
Regulatory Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with securities regulations in cooperation with capital markets law team (e.g. listing rules, MAR, SEC)
Coordinate w/ legal team filing of statutory disclosures and AGM
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and analysts
Serve as liaison for investor and analyst inquiries, ensuring prompt, accurate, and consistent responses
Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner with Finance, Corporate Communications, Legal and M&A to align messaging and strategy
Contribute to capital raising activities, M&A, and other strategic corporate events
Perform strategic finance activities
Team Development
Supervise and mentor junior analysts (e.g. coordinate workload, training, performance reviews)
Foster a collaborative culture and drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting quality
Oversee IR databases (e.g. consensus model , peer group model, CRM), and analytics platforms (e.g. Bloomberg, FactSet).
Leverage data analytics to enhance investor targeting and drive engagement effectiveness

Solid understanding of securities regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance best practices

Adept at crafting investor focused narratives (e.g. equity story) and preparing presentations to senior audiences

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline
MBA or CFA a strong plus
5 to 7 years of progressive IR experience (or equivalent finance/ strategy role), with at least 2 years in the capacity of IR Manager
Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
Advanced market data system skills (e.g. Bloomberg, FactSet) and CRM systems (e.g. Nasdaq)
