The Opportunity The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a blend of
creative design, copywriting, and project management skills
to deliver high‑quality marketing assets across digital and traditional channels.
The ideal candidate has
3–5 years of marketing experience , strong graphic design capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
What You’ll Do Design marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, email campaigns, presentations, and other branded assets. Develop and edit compelling marketing copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Manage marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and brand guidelines are met. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, leadership, product teams) to develop marketing campaigns that support business objectives. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Assist with campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking. Coordinate marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Manage updates to website and marketing collateral as needed. Organize and maintain marketing asset libraries and brand templates. Monitor industry trends and recommend new marketing opportunities and strategies. Track and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics. Perform other marketing‑related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For Strong visual design and branding skills Creative problem‑solving ability Detail‑oriented with strong proofreading skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines Strong interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of marketing experience in a professional environment. Strong graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
