Pillar Media, home to STAR 99.1 NYC/NJ, STAR 93.3 Cincinnati, STAR 101.5, KPOF, and Positive HipHop 107.1 in Denver, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growth!
What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is experienced in SEO/analytics, Digital Marketing Campaign Design/Management and able to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
Required Experience
Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO + analytics basics).
Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally.
Can work independently in a remote setup with weekday availability.
Comfortable in a faith-based, integrity-first agency environment.
Desired Experience
WordPress
GA4 events/key events + basic tracking concepts
Responsibilities The primary responsibility will be to support client work across SEO, reporting/analytics, campaign management, proposal creation, and task coordination.
SEO:
keyword research, on-page updates (titles/meta/H1s/internal links), basic WordPress edits and quality assurance.
Analytics/Reporting:
build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards, pull insights from GA4, flag tracking issues.
Campaign Management:
build and manage Digital Marketing Campaigns including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Programmatic.
Project coordination:
track tasks/deadlines, turn notes into next steps, manage campaign assets, keep work moving.
Proposal Creation:
Reviewing RFPs and creating compelling proposals.
Attending mandatory meetings as necessary. (i.e.: staff meeting, digital sales meetings, one-on-ones with your direct supervisor, and any other mandatory meetings as scheduled.)
