The VP of Marketing at The Car Park leads how the world experiences our brand — from awareness to loyalty. You’ll shape strategy, scale teams, and turn insight into impact during a high-growth chapter of our business. About the Company The Car Park is a rapidly growing organization, moving from a small regional operation to one of the top 10 parking management organizations across the United States. The Marketing VP will be directly accountable to driving forward growth while also defining structure, process, and accountability for their teams.
What You'll Do Strategy & Market Growth
Develop and lead The Car Park’s marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals and executive priorities.
Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and upcoming RFP opportunities to identify areas for expansion.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track marketing effectiveness and growth initiatives.
Partner with executive leadership to support revenue growth and market share expansion.
Brand & Messaging
Own and evolve The Car Park’s brand identity across all channels including digital, signage, trade shows, and client-facing materials.
Develop clear positioning and messaging that differentiates the company within the parking and mobility industry.
Lead creative direction and campaign execution across digital, print, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Growth, Business Development & Project Leadership
Lead cross-functional initiatives and major marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
Support lead generation and RFP efforts through compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing assets.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Build and manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and marketing technology providers.
Lead development of the company’s CRM strategy including evaluation, implementation, governance, and long-term optimization.
Execution & Performance
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, SEO, and campaign strategy.
Manage marketing budgets including forecasting, ROI analysis, and performance tracking.
Deliver regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
What You Bring
10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success leading marketing strategies and large-scale initiatives that drive measurable business growth.
Strong leadership presence with experience guiding teams and managing complex cross-functional projects.
Strategic mindset paired with a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience leading Project Management teams or large cross‑functional initiatives in addition to Marketing functions.
Sales experience or experience partnering closely with business development teams.
Experience building structure, process, and systems in growing or evolving organizations.
Skills & Expertise
Brand development and creative direction.
Digital marketing (SEO, social, content, paid media).
CRM strategy and implementation.
Project management and cross‑functional leadership.
Budget management and P&L understanding.
Strategic planning and campaign execution.
