Now Hiring: Inside Sales Administrator
Location: Santa Ana, CA (In-Office)
Pay: $32–$33 per hour Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Aquafinity is seeking a
detail-oriented Inside Sales Administrator
to support our sales and service teams. In this role, you’ll help prepare quotes, process sales orders, coordinate installation schedules, and serve as a key communication link between sales representatives, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organize
sales quotes and proposals
with outside sales representatives
Process
sales orders, bids, and purchase contracts
Track vendor orders and communicate updates to customers
Coordinate
installation schedules
with service teams and customers
Follow up on
open quotes, bids, RFPs, and RFQs
Maintain accurate
customer files and documentation
Research and resolve order or quote issues as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in
sales support, estimating, or order processing
is a plus
