We’re growing fast and need a paid media rockstar to help us scale.

Who We're Looking For We’re a scrappy, fast-moving startup and need a paid media wizard who can take creative and turn it into revenue — fast. You won’t have a huge team behind you. You’ll have great assets, a real budget, and full ownership to go build something.

What You'll Actually Do Paid Social

Launch and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube — wherever customers are scrolling

Adapt creative assets into all formats, specs, and placements required by each platform

Build audiences from scratch — lookalikes, retargeting, interest stacks — and continuously test

Kill what isn’t working. Double down on what is. Repeat.

Run constant A/B tests across creative, copy, hooks, CTAs, and landing pages

Own the budget and performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)

Provide clear, data-backed direction to the creative team

Stay ahead of platform changes and trends

Google Ecosystem

Build, manage, and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping, Search, Display)

Own keyword strategy, bid management, and targeting

Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds

Use GA4 for deep performance analysis and attribution

TikTok Shop

Own and grow TikTok Shop presence, including listings, affiliates, and shoppable content

Translate trends into paid growth opportunities

Data & Analytics

Build and maintain performance dashboards

Analyze campaign data and drive continuous optimization

Own CAC, ROAS, LTV, and subscription KPIs

Run structured testing frameworks

Manage attribution and evaluate tools like Triple Whale vs. Northbeam

Qualifications

You have 3–5+ years running paid media for a fast-growing DTC or CPG brand with proven results

You know Meta Ads Manager inside out and have experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and YouTube

You have strong Google Ads experience (PMax, Shopping, Search)

You can jump into tools like CapCut or Canva to test ideas quickly

You’ve managed and scaled meaningful ad budgets profitably

You understand subscription models and LTV-driven growth

You thrive in fast-paced environments with full ownership

You’re highly data-driven and can tell stories through numbers

Bonus Points

Experience with Amazon Ads or DSP

Familiarity with Snapchat, CTV, or programmatic

Experience with affiliate or influencer amplification

Built and scaled a paid media program from scratch

Exposure to parenting, sustainability, or wellness industries
