Main responsibilities:
Lead the execution of a promotional calendar focused on National and Division omni channel media campaigns. Drive strategic planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer‑centric, revenue‑generating media solutions across Albertsons’ national and divisional merchandise teams.
The position is in office 4 days per week and will be based in Boise ID, Pleasanton CA, Fullerton CA, Plano Tx, Itasca IL, NYC.
Maintain a unified merchandise calendar, collaborating closely with Division and Enterprise teams to align key events, seasonal priorities, and promotional moments.
Identify new program opportunities, map decisionmakers, and advance deals to exceed revenue goals.
Build media packages which deliver merchandise and CPG goals.
Oversee end‑to‑end seasonal media campaigns, including CPG submissions, briefs, IOs, creative approvals, product checks, and wrap reporting.
Support Merchandise and Ad Sales in solution selling across all campaign types.
Partner with Marketing, Digital Merchandising, Category Directors, The Collective, and Client Success to deliver cohesive omni‑channel campaigns.
Track campaign KPIs and provide clear performance insights to stakeholders.
Ensure sales force accuracy and manage forecasting and funding collection and reconciliation with Finance and Account Management.
Apply a customer‑first mindset and category of expertise to deliver strong service and media solutions.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration; excellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills; strategic thinker with ability to identify white‑space opportunities; highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to operate in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment; strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills; solutions‑oriented decision making; customer‑first mindset with high emotional intelligence.
Deep understanding of retail media, CPG marketing, and omnichannel campaign strategy; familiarity with merchandising cycles and category dynamics; knowledge of retail data and performance measurement frameworks; competency in forecasting, pipeline management, and financial reconciliation; experience with DSPs, ad tech platforms, and media reporting tools.
We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
7–9 plus years of experience in retail media, digital media, shopper marketing, CPG marketing, or related fields
Demonstrated success managing large‑scale omnichannel media campaigns or seasonal marketing programs
Experience working with CPG clients, category teams, or merchandising partners
Travel – Up to 25%
