Position Overview The Sales Operations Intern supports the North America Sales Operations team by assisting with operational projects, process improvements, and reporting that enable day‑to‑day execution and efficiency. This role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to how Sales Operations functions in a real‑world, fast‑paced Go‑to‑Market environment.

The intern will work on defined projects and recurring support tasks, gaining experience with sales data, reporting tools, and operational processes while contributing meaningful work that supports the broader team. This position is intended for a

student seeking a hands‑on internship with the potential to convert to a full‑time role upon successful completion of the program.

Job Responsibilities

Support Sales Operations initiatives by assisting with data preparation, analysis, and operational tasks that enable day‑to‑day execution

Contribute to project‑based work focused on improving processes, tools, and workflows across the Go‑to‑Market organization

Contribute to presentations for senior leadership, outlining key recommendations and strategic insights

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including Sales, Business Management, Marketing, and Finance to support operational needs and project deliverables

Participate in testing, quality checks, and rollout support for new tools, reports, or process changes that impact Sales and Go‑to‑Market teams

Support ad‑hoc requests and operational tasks that help teams execute more efficientlyGain hands‑on exposure to how Sales Operations partners with multiple functions to support the business

Basic Requirements

Senior undergraduate or MBA student pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

Strong interest in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Go‑to‑Market strategy

Proficiency with common productivity and analysis tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or Business Intelligence (BI) tools, i.e., PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, is preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes while managing multiple tasks

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and taking direction on project‑based work
