Position Overview As an Apprentice in Marketing Operations, you will assist our Marketing team in managing marketing collaterals and operations, as well as on several internal communication initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders within Marketing as well as with Business Development and Product Management across the Simulation and Test Solutions organization to gather, review and enhance marketing assets and tools. In return, we will help you gain real‑life working experience to get you started on the right path in your marketing career.

Responsibilities

Manage the creation and distribution of our marketing newsletters.

Identify and process compelling videos or images by following guidelines and following up with owners to gather missing information.

Help ensure internal/external databases of documents, videos and images are always fresh and follow guidelines.

Help with documentation of processes and marketing operations.

Support the operations and communications team with social media posts for special days.

Depending on your skill development and the team's projects, your missions may evolve during your apprenticeship.

This 12- or 24-month apprenticeship position is based in Lyon and available from September 2026.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Enrolled in a college or university in France pursuing a bachelor's degree or master’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communication and/or business management or related fields.

You are open‑minded and able to network, collaborate, and influence others to contribute.

You are self‑directed and able to work without lots of supervision.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You have strong organizational skills.

You are proficient in computer skills including SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in project management is very much appreciated.

Experience with Microsoft 365 and its Apps (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Planner).

Experience in the world of engineering can be helpful, but it is not necessary.
