Who We're Looking For We are looking for a strategic, performance-driven Sales Manager to support the growth and execution of our go-to-market efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team leadership or mentorship capacity, brings a strong foundation in software sales, and is ready to influence sales strategy, coaching, and enablement at scale.

You’ll play a critical role in refining sales processes, supporting team success, and accelerating adoption of Pearl’s AI platform across the dental market. You may serve as a team lead, mentor other sellers, drive onboarding and training efforts, or manage pipeline operations—depending on evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support and guide sales team members as a mentor and team lead

Coach reps through call reviews, pipeline strategy, and objection handling

Partner with Sales Enablement to optimize onboarding, collateral, and sales training

Work closely with leadership to drive execution of sales strategy and process improvements

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to ensure aligned messaging and seamless handoffs

Identify opportunities to increase conversion, shorten deal cycles, and improve pipeline health

Assist with forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene

Lead by example in prospecting, client engagement, and consultative selling

What You Bring

3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, software, or healthcare/dental sales

Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading others—even informally

Strong understanding of sales pipeline development, full-cycle selling, and buyer engagement

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Ability to influence without formal authority and work cross-functionally with internal teams

CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience using data to inform decisions

Adaptable, self-motivated, and energized by a fast-moving, team-oriented environment

Intellectual Agility: A strong desire to learn and apply AI-driven solutions to everyday operational challenges, with a comfort level in iterating quickly and pivoting based on new information.

Automation-First Instincts: Experience looking at repetitive, high-friction tasks and actively experimenting with new tools to solve them at scale

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Lehi, UT. Remote work is not available for this role.
