Summer Ministry Intern: Church of the Holy Cross Anglican
Job Description: 10 weeks | $5000 stipend plus free housing
The Summer Ministry Intern will assist the Rector and church staff in the spiritual and operational life of the parish, gaining hands‑on experience in pastoral ministry within a growing Anglican congregation. Responsibilities include assisting with sermon preparation and theological research, worship and liturgical support, teaching opportunities, pastoral ministry exposure, and administrative assistance. The intern will also play an active role in children’s summer discipleship programs, including Vacation Bible School and our summer children’s day camp, helping lead devotions, activities, and relational ministry with children and families. The internship includes regular mentoring with the Rector and opportunities to observe and participate in the daily rhythms of parish leadership and ministry.
Position Qualifications: Qualified applicants should have completed at least one year of theological training (seminary or equivalent ministry preparation) and demonstrate a clear interest in pastoral ministry.
