Position Overview
The Springs at Beaverton is looking for an Executive Director to lead our warm and vibrant senior living community. We seek visionary leaders who communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and are committed to always doing the right thing. The ideal candidate will bring a nurturing and supportive approach when working with team members, residents, and their families. The community features 58 assisted living residences designed to help residents live life to the fullest. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of the community and will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Ensure adherence to the community budget.
Maintain a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality through recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees.
Guarantee all employees are consistently educated and trained, including fulfilling any federal and/or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular education and training classes.
Continuously identify the service needs of all residents through initial contact, screening, and subsequent evaluation processes.
Develop and implement service plans to address residents' service needs.
Maintain adherence to all departmental standards and policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Knowledge of assisted living regulations.
Current ALF/RCF Administrator license preferred.
5+ years of experience as a leader in senior living.
