About the Role We are looking for motivated, driven, and customer-focused Home Solutions Experts (HSE) to join our dynamic team.

The HSE will play a key role in driving new business by offering our comprehensive range of home performance services, including insulation, air sealing, energy assessments, air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps and various other HVAC upgrades. We offer solar, indoor air quality, and basement finishing options as well.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is eager to make an impact on both the company and the community.

Our team of Home Solutions Experts start by performing a thorough evaluation of a customer's home--focusing primarily on their existing building envelope and heating/cooling systems and then prescribes the appropriate solutions based on their findings. We are seeking charismatic, self-starting, and highly motivated individuals with the skills and knowledge to effectively engage our customers and turn these opportunities into sold projects. This position will involve professional in-home presentations, preparation of estimates, and following through to ensure the project is successful, and the customer is completely satisfied. Prior in-home sales experience or experience of how a home is built is beneficial but not required. Our focus is on bringing on high‑character applicants, who also have outstanding communication and computer skills--the rest we can train!

Qualifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑first mentality

Ability to learn technical information and communicate it effectively to homeowners.

Motivated by goals, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving results

A self‑starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Prior in‑home sales experience, along with strong mechanical aptitude and/or construction background beneficial

Must have the ability to work some evenings and some Saturday mornings

Be very customer service‑driven with great organizational skills and outstanding follow‑through

Should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products

Maintain a clean and professional appearance and a driver’s license

This is an uncapped commission‑based position; our average performers make in excess of $100k annually, while our top performers make three times as much.
