About the role Hot 8 Yoga is looking for a creative, trend‑savvy Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive content creation, community engagement, and creator partnerships across our digital platforms. This role will involve social strategy, producing engaging content that reflects our studio culture and community, and working closely with the Marketing team to maintain and establish new relationships with influencers and creators who align with the Hot 8 brand.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, and deeply plugged into social media trends, with the ability to bring ideas from concept to execution while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Responsibilities
Manage organic social media strategy and day‑to‑day execution across Hot 8 Yoga’s social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
Shoot, edit, and produce social‑first content including short‑form video, Reels, TikToks, and still photography that highlights classes, instructors, studio culture, and community
Act as Influencer Relations Liaison, building and managing relationships with creators, local influencers, and brand partners for collaborations, studio visits, and campaign activations
Coordinate influencer partnerships including outreach, booking, deliverables, and tracking performance for both organic and paid campaigns
Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Studio Operations teams to execute content that aligns with brand initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and studio programming
Capture content across studio locations, community events, teacher trainings, and brand partnerships
Manage the social media posting calendar and caption copy, ensuring consistency in voice, timing, and messaging across platforms
Oversee daily community management, responding to comments, DMs, and community inquiries in a timely and brand‑aligned manner
Monitor social performance and provide monthly reports with insights on engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness
Identify and implement emerging social media trends to keep Hot 8 Yoga’s content fresh, culturally relevant, and engaging
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
Strong creative eye with knowledge of visual storytelling, composition, color, and brand aesthetics
Proven experience creating high‑performing short‑form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Experience working with influencers, creators, or brand partnerships
Ability to think creatively and react quickly to trends and cultural moments with brand‑relevant content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other social video editing tools
Highly organized self‑starter with excellent time management and communication skills
Comfortable working on‑site capturing content at studios, events, and activations
