Join Macquarie’s Equity Finance team in New York as a Junior Delta 1 Swaps Trader. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team to execute delta-one trading strategies across a diverse range of markets.

What role will you play? As part of our collaborative team, you’ll help support business growth and contribute to our success. In this role, you’ll learn how to build and maintain relationships with other market participants, which will help us access important securities and improve our trading positions. You’ll also gain experience working with delta 1 equity total return swaps and help facilitate trading activity in this area. Additionally, you’ll have opportunities to connect with new counterparties and share these relationships with your teammates.
Salary range: $140,000–$190,000 per year. Actual salary may vary based on your experience, performance, and location. You may also be eligible for an annual incentive award. What you offer
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in US sell-side Delta 1 markets swap trading
Highly proficient in Python and an engineering mindset
A motivated and energetic individual who enjoys working with others and is eager to learn
Strong creative thinking and willingness to pursue new revenue opportunities
An understanding of risk within the equity finance delta 1 business
A quantitative degree (such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics) is preferred, but not required
