Position requires 6 years of experience in the following:

Structured discovery to map customer objectives to competitive business solutions or Needs analysis and solution mapping.

Executive-level relationship management with customers, agencies, and partners or C-suite engagement

Business development or Strategic account planning

Data-driven storytelling to influence audiences or Executive presentation development using data visualization.

Analysis of complex technology product suites to solve customer business problems or Technical solution design.

About the job The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $202,000+ bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position reports to the Google Chicago, IL office and may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

Responsibilities

Engage key decision-makers and C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.

Create and own Joint Business Plans in partnership with clients, aligning on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to drive transformative growth.

Design and pitch compelling, data-driven solutions tailored to customer objectives, effectively overcoming objections to secure investment and exceed revenue targets. Demonstrate product value by analyzing campaign results against customer objectives, sharing data-driven insights that shape strategy and reinforce the partnership.

Drive customer growth by proactively identifying and cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic account plans.Serve as a strategic partner by sharing expert insights on industry trends and the competitive landscape to strengthen customer relationships and inform strategy.
