What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Work the desk and close deals daily
Help close deals and maximize gross
Drive internet lead conversion → appointments → shows → sold
Manage and improve BDC performance and accountability
Ensure fast response times and aggressive follow-up
Train sales & BDC staff to increase production immediately
Enforce process, activity, and standards across the board
