We partner with a high-growth ecommerce company in the health & wellness space looking to bring paid acquisition fully in-house. They’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media across Google Ads and Meta.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in-platform and drives revenue—not just traffic.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize paid media across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta
Manage and scale large budgets with full accountability for ROAS, CAC, and performance
Oversee product feeds and campaign structure in high-volume ecommerce environments
Run continuous testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Translate performance data into clear actions and growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
4–7+ years in performance marketing (strong ecommerce focus)
Hands‑on experience managing ~$100K+/month in Google Ads
Deep knowledge of Shopping, PMax, and Google Merchant Center
Experience with multi-product/catalog businesses (not single-product or lead gen)
Strong analytical mindset and full ownership of results
