high-level Internet Sales Director
to lead a large digital sales operation.

proven automotive leader currently running or ready to run a high-volume internet department
who understands how to convert digital traffic into appointments, showroom visits, and vehicle sales.

What You'll Control
Leadership of a high-volume Internet / BDC department
Large inbound lead flow from dealership websites, Toyota leads, and major third-party platforms
Strategy and execution of digital lead response processes
Hiring, training, and development of internet sales staff
Performance management of appointment ratios, show rates, and closing percentages.
Implementation of modern digital retailing and engagement strategies
Performance Expectations
Fast and consistent response times
Strong appointment set and appointment show ratios.
Effective management of third-party lead providers
Building a culture of urgency, accountability, and measurable performance
Driving internet-generated showroom traffic and vehicle sales
Ideal Candidate
Current or former Internet Director, BDC Director, or Digital Sales Manager, Desking, new or used sales director.
Experience leading teams in a high-volume dealership environment.
Strong understanding of dealership CRM platforms and digital sales processes
Toyota experience preferred but not required.
