Job Description Strong sales start with qualified leads. CoMo Premium Exteriors invests in marketing and training to ensure our Sales Reps have the opportunity and the knowledge to be successful. As the Mid-Missouri leader in exterior renovation our Sales team provides a consultative approach and a service that is in high demand. We need a salesperson from the Jefferson City area who is committed to learning our products and services, will treat our customers with the utmost respect, and who will provide excellent service and communications. With us, your earning potential is not capped and is based on your hard work and dedication to serving the customer. The Day-To-Day You will spend the majority of your time going to appointments scheduled through our call center. Most appointments will be within Jefferson City, or within a 45-minute drive. At the home you will do a full inspection and listen to the homeowners to understand their needs and present the best solution. These projects typically include restoration work to roofs, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, windows, and decks.
Training Even if you don't have a background in construction, we can train the right person. We invest in our Sales Reps success through in‑house training and sales seminars. When you start we give you real leads and use them to help train you, while also helping build your pipeline immediately.
Job Requirements
Must live in or near Jefferson City.
Must be able to climb ladders as needed.
Valid Driver's License.
Clean driving record.
Able to pass background check.
Able to work some evenings and some Saturdays.
Willing to network in the community.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
